  • Orders are binding once placed. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any reason.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
  • International orders may incur additional customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment.

4. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  • In summary: All sales are final. Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects within 3 days of delivery and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. International returns are strongly discouraged due to high costs.
  • Our products include the manufacturer’s standard limited warranty.
  • For extended protection, we recommend purchasing an optional warranty plan through CLYDE (available at checkout or post-purchase). This is the primary way to secure additional coverage against mechanical or electrical failures.
