The 874 Store – Shipping Policy

At The 874 Store, we maintain a streamlined, high-quality fulfillment process to ensure every order is carefully packaged and shipped under optimal conditions. To achieve this, we operate on a structured weekly shipping schedule.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

  • All standard orders are shipped every Wednesday.
  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed before Tuesday at 11:00 AM EST will ship the following Wednesday.
  • Orders placed after Tuesday 11:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped the Wednesday after that.
  • This schedule allows us to batch orders efficiently while upholding our premium packaging standards.
  • If you require expedited shipping, same-week dispatch, or any alternative arrangement, please contact us directly at support@the874store.com before placing your order. We will evaluate options on a case-by-case basis.

Inconvenience Fees

  • A $25 Inconvenience Fee will apply to any shipping adjustments or changes requested after the order is placed that result from buyer error (e.g., incorrect address, change of mind on timing, or last-minute requests). This covers additional handling, relabeling, and administrative costs.

United States Shipping

  • We use reliable carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) based on destination and package size.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Typical delivery: 3–7 business days after Wednesday shipment.
  • Tracking is emailed automatically upon dispatch.

International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.
  • Delivery estimates: 7–21+ business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Customers are fully responsible for all international shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • Delays due to customs are common and outside our control.

General Shipping Terms

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Incorrect addresses will require a re-ship at your cost + the $25 inconvenience fee.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package leaves our facility.
  • Damaged shipments must be reported with photos within 3 days of delivery (subject to our Strict Return & Refund Policy).
  • Order cancellations are only accepted before the Tuesday 11:00 AM cutoff. Later requests may incur the $25 fee.

Important Note: For equipment protection beyond our manufacturer’s limited warranty, we strongly recommend adding an extended warranty via CLYDE at checkout.
