The 874 Store – Strict Return & Refund Policy

At The 874 Store, we maintain the highest standards for product quality and packaging. Because of the premium nature of our products and the costs associated with processing returns, we have a very strict return policy.
Returns & Refunds – United States

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or found a better price elsewhere.
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defect or damage during shipping (verified by photos submitted within 3 days of delivery).
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee on the original purchase price (excluding shipping).


The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds (minus the 25% restocking fee and original shipping) will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Items must be returned in original, unopened, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any used, worn, or altered items will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

Returns & Refunds – International Orders (Outside the US)

  • All international sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.
  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects (verified with clear photos submitted within 3 days of delivery).
  • Approved international returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee + any applicable customs/duties/taxes that were originally paid.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any international shipping, customs fees, and duties.
  • We strongly recommend you measure carefully and review product specifications before purchasing, as international shipping costs make returns extremely expensive.

Warranty Options

Our products come with the manufacturer’s standard limited warranty.
For additional protection, customers can purchase an extended warranty plan through CLYDE, a leading online warranty provider. This covers equipment against mechanical and electrical failures beyond the standard terms.
CLYDE plans are optional and can be added at checkout or purchased separately after your order. This is the best way to secure long-term peace of mind for your equipment.

General Conditions for All Orders

No refunds will be issued on opened, used, installed, or modified products.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.
Gift cards, custom orders, and clearance/final sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Any fraudulent return activity (including chargebacks after receiving the item) will result in account bans and potential legal action.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone abusing the return policy.

How to Request a Return (Defect Only):

Contact us within 3 days of delivery at michael@hollandcreativemarketing.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Wait for approval before shipping anything back.
Only approved returns will be accepted.
